Creating an Annotation Set from an Existing One   

This task shows you how to create a new annotation set from an existing one in another CATPart document.

• Open a target CATPart document where you want to create the annotation set.
• Open an reference CATPart document containing the annotation set to be reused.

1. Activate the part where you want to create the annotation set. 

2. Select Insert > New Annotation Set From....
   The Annotation Set Creation dialog box appears.

3. Select the annotation set in the part containing the annotation set as reference.
   The name of the selected annotation set is displayed in the Annotation Set Creation dialog box.

4. Click OK.
   The annotation set is created in the target part.

   All features in the reference annotation set are created even if there are not necessarily displayed.
