These values are used to specify the AutoTimeIncrementMethod for ABQExplicitDynamicsStep.

Values:

ABQ_ATI_GLOBAL: Use the global time estimator.
ABQ_ATI_ELEMENT_BY_ELEMENT: Use the element-by-element stable time estimator.
