Values:

CATFTALeaderAssociativityUndefined: When undefined, there is no leader
CATFTALeaderAssociativityFree: The leader is freely positioned with respect to the pointed geometrical element. This is the default.
CATFTALeaderAssociativityPerpendicular: The leader is perpendicular to to the pointed geometrical element
