Kinds of
StrCutback objects. Defines the plane that will cut the members extremities.

Values:

catStrNormalType: the cut plane is normal to the relimited member axis.
catStrWeldedType: the cut plane is defined by the relimiting member intersecting face.
catStrMiteredType: the cut plane is the mean plane between the two members.
catStrNotchingType: not yet implemented.
