The Interactive Drafting workbench provides a simple method to create the following view dress-up elements on existing 2D elements.
![]() |
Create center lines (no reference): Apply a center line to one or more circles. |
![]() |
Create center lines (reference): Apply a center line to one or more circles with respect to a reference (linear or circular). |
![]() ![]() |
Modify center lines or axis lines: Modify one or more center lines at one or more ends of this/these center lines. |
![]() |
Create threads (no reference): Create a thread without a reference. |
![]() |
Create threads (reference): Create a thread with a reference, either circular (circle or point) or linear (line). |
![]() |
Create axis lines: Create an axis line by selecting lines. |
![]() |
Create axis lines and center lines: Create an axis line by selecting lines. |
![]() |
Create an area fill: Create an area fill, i.e. a closed area on which you will then apply graphical dress-up elements called patterns (these can be hatching, dotting or coloring). Patterns can be applied to area fills created from both sketched and generated elements. |
![]() |
Modify an area fill: Modify the shape of the area fill, or delete/create a support geometry for this area fill. |
![]() |
Automatic Detection: Detect automatically the area to be filled |
![]() |
Profile Selection: Select in the geometry the elements which will be the area fill borders. |
![]() |
Create Datum: Define if the area fill is an isolated one or not. |
![]() |
Create arrows: Create an arrow. |
